Sunset Point on Sunday.. another storm was coming. 

ZAP! (screen cap from a video... I think this hit near the sunset point. the storm sat there all day into the evening which is why we did not go to sunset point Saturday night.

This weekend i was up at the family cabin in the San Bernardino Mountains village of Green Valley Lake. Driving up to the cabin we saw this thunderstorm.. we spent most of the next two days under other ones...

An angry fellow traveler on the road. (aka backcountry road rage). I was trying to scare it off the road so it wouldnt get run over, but it wouldnt move.

poodle dog pine aka canary island pine. It resprouts from the stem after a fire, making these odd shapes. It is not native to California.
