There's a pretty powerful jet stream with some big storms forming out in the Pacific. Right now they are aimed at Northern California where there will probably be floods by the end of the week. After Friday or so it will start to shift south. Although the rainy season has been slow to start, we could be in for a wet January if the storm track stays south.
