This is Two Tree Hill above Ventura. I am trying to figure out the new formatting of the blogger program. They eliminated the easy upgrade through 'hello' and now i have to go through Picasa which is slower and kind of stupid. I guess I can't complain since it is free.

I live in New York. I was at a funeral at the mission in Ventura and saw the hill with two trees on it wherever we drove. It was, in my mind, a symbol of the two people we were at the funeral for. But why are there Two Trees?
The two trees are eucalyptus trees on private ranchland. There used to be more but supposedly some kids accidentally burned them down. Now there is just two and they tower over the city.
It can be a symbol for you, as well. For me, it just tells me when I am home.
