Nighttime picture of Mt Wilson from the live cam (http://www.astro.ucla.edu/~obs/towercam.htm). There are 6 or 7 inches of snow on the ground. Eastern parts of the mountains got as much as 2 feet. The Mt Wilson snow should be sticking around for the week at least, unless it gets rained on.
