At sunset last night there were lots of funky clouds.. it looked much like the weather before the storm last week. Sure enough, there were thunderstorms moving through Ventura and Santa Barbara through the night and today up at Little Tujunga Canyon we had a small, fast moving storm come by... it poured rain for about 2 minutes, accompinied by some close cloud to ground lightning... and then it was gone. The rain wasn't measurable here.. but nevertheless, it is quite unusual to be getting storms like this at this time of year.
