Oh yeah.. i forgot to mention that on Monday night and Tuesday morning, the Pasadena area as well as many other parts of LA expereienced a series of thunderstorms accompanied with lots of lightning. The thunder woke me up at least 6 times during the night.. and since my head is next to a giant sliding glass door, i got to watch lots of lightning. After all was said and done, between a quarter and a half an inch had fallen in the area... easily breaking the records throughout the LA basin where the prior rainfall records were on the order of .08 inches.
